Sun City Summerlin
Sun City Summerlin is a Del Webb active-adult community in the northwest part of Summerlin, and one of the older parts of the area. Construction started around 1989. Many homes have been remodeled since, so floors range from original ceramic tile to travertine and porcelain put in during later updates.
What I do most here

Easy on you
- I can work in one room at a time, so you're never stuck.
- I'll tell you exactly when it's safe to walk on each area, and keep a clear path for anyone using a walker or cane.
- I keep slip resistance in mind. I won't put a high-gloss finish in a bathroom or entry where it might be slick when wet.
- A single shower or one hallway is a perfectly good job.
