Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas is a resort-style community built around a man-made lake on the east side of Henderson. Much of the architecture has a Mediterranean feel: stucco, tile roofs, and a lot of stone inside and out. That makes it a natural place for travertine, limestone and marble.
Condos and homes
There's a mix of single-family homes, villas and condos around the lake. Condo jobs come with a few extra considerations: building rules on work hours, protecting common hallways and elevators, and sometimes approval from the HOA. I'm used to working within those.

Dust and water
Lakeside doesn't mean softer water. The tap water's the same hard water as the rest of the valley, and the wind brings plenty of dust. The care advice in hard water and stone applies here too.
