North Las Vegas is its own city
People lump it in with Las Vegas, but North Las Vegas is a separate city with a mix all its own: older neighborhoods near the south end, lots of newer subdivisions further north, master-planned areas like Aliante, and a big industrial and warehouse presence.
Homes
A lot of North Las Vegas homes are newer construction with ceramic or porcelain tile, some travertine, and carpet upstairs. The most common calls I get here:
