Floors around the city
Las Vegas proper covers a lot of ground and a lot of different decades. The older central neighborhoods around downtown and the original subdivisions tend to have ceramic tile, original grout, terrazzo here and there, and plenty of remodels with a mix of everything. Head west or northwest and newer homes lean heavily toward travertine and large-format porcelain.
That variety is why I look before I quote. A 1960s ranch with old ceramic and stained grout needs a completely different job than a 2005 two-story with travertine everywhere.
